Man where do I start for this. Collin did it all. He explained the lakes that were were going to go to and he put us on fish. My friend Jared and I got lucky, well not really, and had the hottest days of summer when Collin took us out. He still was able to help us put Pike on the boat, my first ever. He then took us to a lake were he guaranteed numbers. He taught us a new fishing trick to catch the fish as well. Boy did we catch. It was legit every other cast we pulled in a bass, decent size might I add. We ended that day with 50+ fish between my friend and I. I would fully recommend Collin as a guide. Not only are you going out there for him to help bend the rods but you are going out there and WILL learn something new. He will not disappoint and you will land fish, rather it is bass, walleye, pike, musky, or blue gills you will have fish.

I've had the pleasure to fish with Collin many times throughout the years, both inland lakes as well as Lake Michigan. Regardless of the body of water, time of year, or species targeted; Collin has proven time and time again, to be exceptionally knowledgeable on where to consistently find fish. Beyond his professionalism and hospitality, I would also like to thank Collin for the vast amount of fishing knowledge that he has taught me throughout our trips together. Simply put the best guide service I’ve ever used! Collin is extremely knowledgeable, and always get my wife and I on huge trophy fish, or loads of good fun fish whichever we request. Collin knows how to catch fish, but what really impressed me was his ability to teach me the "how's and whys", which in my experience distinguishes a fishing guide from a GREAT fishing guide. We are also planning Musky and walleye trips this summer with our son! Overall we couldn’t be happier with the guide service and professionalism.

A lot of people love to fish. I on the other hand love to CATCH fish! I’ve done a lot of fishing over the years and have fished with many different people. With that said, I’ve never caught more or bigger fish more consistently then I have with Collin Schlicht. It doesn’t really matter WHAT you’re fishing for or WHERE you’re fishing, Collin’s knowledge of patterns, behavior, presentation and his ability to just “find what works” has always led to consistent success. What a trip I had with Collin. Boated 3 musky (43", 30.5", 35.5") and had a blast doing it too! Collin shared lots of knowledge and had a very confident approach. I cant wait for our next trip!

Collin was the most attentive guide we ever hired and worth every penny.
For the first week of June , in above average heat, I didn’t know what to expect for the fishing on Puckaway. After trolling for a bit and getting mostly weeds that were under the surface, Collin’s efforts were impressive clearing the lines. Collin quickly decided to change tactics to get us fish in his beautiful boat. We all agreed with him to go after some huge bluegills and we scored nicely! Again and again Collin changed tactics to putting fish In the boat. The night bite was the icing on the cake when Collin taught us how to get some smallmouth. My sister with Collin’s instruction landed some nice ones! I must add ,I’ve never imagined that guiding us would be would be so much work for Collin. After the first time hiring Collin as a fishing guide, I knew I would never hire anyone else. I didn't have much experience at all, but he took time to explain what we were doing and why. We've trolled, jigged, casted both articials and live bait. We used techniques that I was able to quickly learn and catch fish. I've taken my business partner, my grandpa, and went with Collin by myself. He is definitely a fun guy to be in the boat with. I look forward to our next trip. Thanks Collin!

"I love fishing with Collin. He definitely knows what he is doing. We never get skunked and I've landed my biggest catches ever with him guiding us. This last time, I brought my 10 year old daughter.
